What’s new?

• 95046 When emails are received from non-existing users, the sender’s original name and email address are now captured and added to the notes. This feature ensures that notes created during inbound email ingestion clearly display the original sender’s details, improving context and traceability.
• 95260 Keyboard shortcuts are now supported for custom actions in the Actions contextual menu, enabling users to perform custom actions with keyboard strokes. This feature is triggered when a combination of Ctrl and a number key is pressed.
• 74977 A default user role can now be configured for Power BI reports. This feature enhances security by controlling report visibility and ensuring reports are accessible only to specified user roles.
• 83678 A Maximum of 60 characters is now displayed for an entity name in the Network Chart. A model setting has been introduced to specify the character length.
• 94549 View form deletion is now supported for both single and multiple forms. When deleted, corresponding view fields are also removed.
• 70417 Media and document upload statuses are now notified to users in the form of toast under the notification bell icon. Users receive a notification when an upload starts, and a visual cue (dot) on the notification icon displays the number of unread notifications. This helps alert users about updates related to uploads.
• 95683 Cascading support has been implemented for Multi-Value list values. This feature can be enabled by specifying the visibility condition in the Property Bag of each value.
• 94990 Template Version check capability has been introduced for templates to minimize template and product version mismatches during installations. This feature also validates the build version format.
• 95058 Entity list generation for side navigation during the details page preparation has been optimized. It now limits entity names or types to those present in the “LinkAddedTo” setting of the child entity, instead of using combined values from both the parent and child.
• 95911 A validation popup has been implemented for scenario where user attempts to manipulate the Admin entity internal metadata.
• 97173 The Assign dialog tooltip now displays the organization’s Display Name, if provided.
• 86914 A new configuration has been introduced for NCMEC XML report import scenarios. This setting is enabled by default but can be disabled if needed to skip the import.

What’s improved?

• 96064 The Cascading lookup value list has been enhanced to fetch lookup field values and prepare the visibility conditions for all the rows.
• 94970 Two additional value list items has been introduced in template level Attachment and media categories. The existing value list has also been optimized.
• 87110 Rich Text to Simple text conversion has been optimized to minimize decoding issues during plain text conversion.

What’s fixed?

• 87784 Fixed an exception that occurred when editing a Country field in an Investigation Entity, which was cleared via automation rule.
• 91165 Column sorting was not working as expected when the column name contains a reserved keyword. This has been resolved now.
• 95117 The Undo Delete action was not functioning as expected when assigning an entity to an external user. This issue has been fixed.
• 94859 Entering an invalid datetime format (with or without time zone) during a XML import was not logged in the error logs. This has been fixed.
• 89987 The date field populated via Automation rule, now follows the user’s time zone instead of UTC.
• 95506 The issue where tiles were not being populated in Related Tiles if the Name field was not included has been fixed.
• 96778 Adding notes via update stream as a non-existing user resulted in the addition of the keyword “From” in the notes section. This issue is now resolved.
• 96553 The issue with multiselect checkboxes not functioning properly has been fixed.
• 95990 Necessary details such as the entity name was missing in the required field validator error message. This issue has been fixed.
• 95979 Resolved an issue where an empty response was returned if the Audit Table was empty, even though investigative data was present in the database.
• 95694 Pre-selected filters were not retained when navigating back to a page with multi-select filter and more options. The issue has been resolved.
• 95702 Fixed an issue where an invalid error message was displayed when the Team Name field was empty in the Invite User form.
• 96001 Proper validation message are now displayed when editing an inactive user.
• 96002 Actions such as Import or Bulk Upload were not restricted for read-only users. This issue has been fixed.
• 90199 Resolved a validation error that occurred when a Value List Name was enclosed in single quotes.
