What’s new?

• 67977 Filter parameters are now automatically passed in the embedded pop-up for paginated reports. The reports can be viewed directly in the printer icon on the overview page without manually passing any parameter values.
• 87359 A new model setting has been implemented to enable Forced logout for timed-out user sessions. This feature can be enabled by setting the value for IsForceLogoutEnabled as True. If set to False, the existing flow will follow, displaying an inactivity warning message to refresh and reload the application.
• 71213 The contents of Text and Long Text Form fields can now be selected, copied and pasted using the corresponding keyboard shortcuts CTRL+A, CTRL+C and CTRL+V.
• 80856 Support for visibility conditions-based fields has been implemented for Multi Value List. When one or more values are selected from the Multi-value list, fields mentioned in the views will be displayed based on the visibility conditions, similar to single dropdown value list fields.
• 86417 A new role and a permission called EntityAdminRole and EntityManagement have been introduced in Roles and Permissions, to provide limited access to manage the Admin section, including entities such as Entity Types, Value list, Forms, Forms, Stream, and Automation Rule while restricting access to customer data.
• 88441 A new role and a permission called EntityAdminRole and EntityAdmin have been introduced in Roles and Permissions to control and manage entities in the admin section UI without viewing customer data.
• 88328 EntityAdmin will now be shown an “Access denied” pop up while attempting to access restricted entities. Entity Types will be the default landing screen instead of Dashboards. The Burgermenu and Global search have been disabled for EntityAdmin user.

What’s improved?

• 87971 The Organization name can now be updated for a user using the Display Name field in the Organization entity, and it will be reflected in UserProfileModal, DetailsPage, ReferModal and AssignModal.
• 89572 The Link Snapshot and Pre-Snapshot GUID Fetcher have been optimized to reduce time consumption by minimizing the number of data requesters and implementing dictionary search in tables.
• 89913 Newly introduced MiniTable fields have been included in the Entire Model download for DashboardEntitySetting.

What’s fixed?

• 89066 Simultaneous generation of custom PDF reports by multiple users, resulted in the same username being populated in the Created By field. This issue has been fixed.
• 90283 The Suggest Entity was not loading entities with the Name field set as a value list field. This issue has been resolved.
• 90658 The media thumbnail item has been fixed to pick the correct media category color.
• 88123 Duplicates were displayed in the count and hover text when an entity was linked to a parent multiple times. This issue has been fixed.
• 88620 The Add Action has been fixed to skip entities with the Ignore Field Value flag set to True when selecting Suggested entities.
• 76929 The XML import status was displayed as InProgress during daylight savings time. This issue has been fixed by adjusting the datetime conversion.
• 86577 The Column Not found issue has been fixed by adding checks for suggested fields and display field names. The name is now added to tile fields in Map Tile optimization, when the display field doesn’t exist.
• 81288 The issue with Network chart views not being retained when selecting “Show All Link Names” or “Hide All Link Names” has been resolved.
• 89965 The outer layer categorization of the Media IG Tile has been fixed to pick the correct media Category color.
• 90115 An error was thrown in hybrid setup, when two similar records contained spaces or commas. This issue has been fixed.
• 90305 Data in RichTextContent, Notes and NoteCategory columns was lost and existing notes were wiped out with “Undefined in UI” error during move referral. This issue has been resolved by introducing a new contract with properties to store the details.
• 79031 The extension library was not found due to spaces being replaced by special characters in folder names. This Issue has been fixed.
• 89997 Creating an entity form without specifying the Parent Entity caused a Multiple Root Node Issue. This has been resolved by making the Parent Entity as a required Field.
• 90451 The Organization was missing for Admin Users in Templates git. This Issue has been fixed by setting IsServiceAccount to True.
• 90610 A property called IsAzureAppTraceEventEnabled has been added to the common shared config to ensure the config is turned on before callling the trace event method in InProgressTaskManager.
• 88608 API injection was failing due to the presence of special characters in the Dashboard Caption. This issue has been fixed.
• 90558 Import spreadsheet failures have been fixed by checking the TaskType string and creating an enum extension.
• 90373 The issue of star icon being displayed for all dashboards has been fixed.
• 89821 The search feature will now initiate after a single character is entered in the Add Link form.
• 80157 A validation error was thrown when the currentdate is set as the default for a DateTime or Date field in the CreateEntity AutomationAction. This issue has been fixed.
