What’s new?

• 54296 Automation rule-Timer, here the admins can set up an automation task such as sending a service bus message, email, or a custom action on a periodic basis. This will provide the ability to create time-based automation rules.

• 51476 While assigning users via automation, admins can now specify the link type, where they want to add the new user to the existing users or replace them.

• 53560 All the date fields will be shown in the timeline by default except the reserved fields (Date created and Date updated). Note: If the user prefers the reserved field, they can change it to yes in the ShowInTimeline.

What’s improved?

• 55839 In the timeline, notes can be filtered via either date created or the effective date, if both the dates are available.

• 55845 Previously suggested entities can be linked to the parent entity. This has now been extended to allow linking with the child-level links as well.
