System Status
Overview
This section provides a detailed overview of the System Status feature. As an admin, you can view the status of various tasks, including Import, Upload, Email Notification, Email Integration, and Add Attachment.
Accessing the interface
To access the System Status page:
- Log into the Hubstream instance.
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click System Status.
System Status Task types
A task can be triggered from multiple sources, including:
- Importing an XML file.
- Importing a spreadsheet.
- Uploading a folder.
- Entity-specific tasks (example: media and attachment uploads).
- Email integration streams.
Once a task is triggered, it can be monitored via the System Status page, where it moves through different statuses based on its progress.
Task Status Categories
The left navigation menu displays the following sections:
- Pending Tasks.
- In Progress Tasks.
- Paused Tasks.
- Error Tasks.
- Completed Tasks.
Sections of Tasks List page
- Header – Displays the page label (Example: Pending Tasks).
- Right Pane – Displays a list of tasks with details such as Task identifier, Type, Created Time, Information etc.
- Footer – Displays the total rows label, pagination dropdown and buttons with a pagination label.
Tasks Actions
To access the Actions contextual menu:
- Navigate to the relevant Tasks list page.
- Select a task from the list.
- The Actions contextual menu will appear on the right.
Available Actions by Task Status

Pending Tasks - You can delete or copy a pending task.

In Progress Tasks - You can copy an in-progress task.

Paused Tasks - You can delete or copy a paused task.

Error Tasks - You can retry, delete, or copy an error task.
- Completed Tasks - You can delete or copy a completed task.
Example
Scenario: Track the status of an inbound email integration task.
Description: Admin’s task is to verify the status of a data import via email integration stream.
Steps:
- Create an inbound email integration. Refer Stream.
- Trigger the stream by sending an email to the configured To Email.
- Navigate to System status under gear icon.
- Locate and track the Email integration task in the list displayed.
Task Status Indicators:

Pending – The task is waiting to be processed due to a high request volume.

In Progress – The task is currently being executed.

Paused – The task is paused due to:
- High data volume.
- Import mapping issues.
- A manual trigger requirement.
- Error – The task failed due to:
- XML template errors.
- Configuration issues.
- Insufficient permissions.
- Completed – The task has been successfully executed.
